Haney Performance Horses

Kaitlin grew up in Marion, NC, a small town in the foothills.  She began seriously riding at the age of 12, when she started taking lessons and showing English hunt seat at local shows.  Kaitlin broadened her show experience by competing in small hunter-jumper classes, as well as adding barrel racing to her resume.  She moved to Raleigh, NC where she attended North Carolina State University.  Kaitlin graduated with a bachelors degree in Animal Science, and a minor in Agricultural Business Management, in 2015.  Since then she has been working at the North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine as a research technician.  Kaitlin also competes in local barrel races with her 5 year old Quarter Horse mare, Hurricane.  Kaitlin's background allows her to offer a wide range of training services, from basic groundwork, to hunters and barrel racing.
